Privacy Policy
Quick Panel Background Cropper is an app for creating Samsung Good Lock Quick Panel background images from a user-selected image. This app is designed to work mainly on your device and does not require you to create an account.
Information We Access
The app may access the following only when you choose to use related features:
- Your selected photos or screenshots, so you can import an image for calibration or editing.
- Your device media library, so exported PNG files can be saved to your photo library.
- Locally stored app settings, such as calibration data and language preference, so the app can remember your setup on your device.
How Your Data Is Used
- Imported images are used to let you calibrate the Quick Panel layout and preview export results.
- Exported images are generated and saved on your device.
- Saved calibration data and settings are used only to restore your previous app state.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your images to build advertising profiles. Based on the current version of the app, images and calibration data are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers by the app.
Analytics and Tracking
The app does not include user accounts, in-app ads, or third-party analytics or behavior tracking services in the current version. However, the app uses Firebase Crashlytics to help us detect, diagnose, and fix app crashes and serious stability problems.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash diagnostics such as crash stack traces, app version and build information, device platform, Firebase installation identifiers, and limited in-app diagnostic context that we configure for debugging. We do not intentionally send your selected images, exported image contents, image filenames, local file paths, or calibration screenshots to Crashlytics.

Permissions
The app may request access to photos or media only for features you actively use, such as choosing an image or saving exported PNG files. You can deny these permissions, but some features may not work properly without them.
Data Retention
Imported images, generated exports, and saved settings remain on your device unless you remove them. You can clear app data or delete saved images from your device at any time.
Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers according to Firebase's own retention practices. At the time of this policy update, Firebase states that Crashlytics crash data is generally retained for about 90 days before removal begins.
Third-Party Links
The app may open external Samsung or Good Lock related pages or apps. Those third-party services have their own privacy policies and practices.
Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
